In the context of international negotiations at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (in Durban, November 2011), and at Rio+20 (in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, June 2012), three international speakers from Asia, Africa and Latin America provided a general overview of peoples’ responses in the South to climate change and upcoming negotiations.
